GUARDIAN PROGRAM
This program allows you to have a “pick of the litter" or an adolescent/adult dog for just a fraction of the price. You help us preserve our genetics and become a guardian over the breed. This puppy/dog is part of your family and lives in your home, while the breeding rights are retained by JM's Toy/Mini Aussies & Froelich's Rottweillers. Once this dog has completed a short breeding career, he/she will be spayed or neutered. This dog will always remain a member of your family. This program allows for our dogs to live a normal, happy life in families where they get individual attention, at the same time allowing us to continue to build a superior breeding program!
The benefits of this programs are you get the very best that JM's Toy/Mini Aussies & Froelich's Rottweillers has to offer. Breeding stock is chosen based on the best qualities that are outlined in our breeding standards.
To be considered as a Guardian Home, I require that you live within a 100-mile commute of my home in Milton-Freewater, Oregon. It is necessary that you have physical or approved invisible fencing to provide a safe and secure environment for the Guardian dog/pup, and have a schedule that will allow for your dog to NOT be left alone for extended periods of time. All dogs/pups placed with Guardian Families MUST live indoors, and never be left outside unattended. Guardian Families must have reliable transportation, and a willingness to bring the dog to us when needed throughout the year.
REQUIREMENTS:
Guardian must live within a 120-mile commute of breeder's home in Milton-Freewater, Oregon (**Exceptions may be made if guardian is willing to drive to us regularly!) Legal ownership of the dog (microchip #_____________) remains with the breeder until the dog has produced appropriate number of litters (less for females, more for males) at which time the dog will be spayed or neutered at the expense of the breeder. Full ownership of the dog will then be transferred to the guardian. Guardian has no right to puppies produced by this dog or to semen produced by the dog. No Intact Male or Female Dogs MUST Have Fenced Yard, Own a call, and own a home (no Renting) Must Be 3 hours From Milton-Freewater, OR Have Previous Dog Experience Be ok with Crate Training Would like some References if possible.
